WAXING CARE

PRE-WAX
Before booking; ensure your hair is minimum 1/4 inch long.
24 hours before; exfoliate your skin and avoid applying body lotions or oils.
2-3 hours before; avoid exercising, tanning, using sauna or jacuzzi.
1 hour before; consider taking pain killers in advance if you require them.

POST-WAX
Until 24 hours after; avoid hot baths/showers, avoid intercourse, avoid tanning/fake tan.
Until 36 hours after; avoid jacuzzis, saunas & steamrooms, exfoliate the skin, wear loose
clothing.

If you are not familiar with threading, this treatment has to be seen to be believed.
This practice is probably as old as there has been twine and thread — and that is a long long time!
It is amazing how fast and accurate our estheticians are with the thread when it comes to brow shaping.
Unlike waxing the brows, this practice is very gentle on the skin and creates no irritation — perhaps just
a bit of redness for an hour or two.
