Appointment changes + cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment, if you fail to do so, we will charge a 25% fee to your Credit Card on file. If you are sick, you can change your appointment free of charge. If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment, we will charge a 50% no-show fee to your Credit Card on file.

Please note, if any of our staff fall ill, we might have to cancel or adjust your appointment! We aim to minimize any inconvenience for you!
We value your time and ask the same of you! We thank you for your understanding!
Important notice: If you have more than 3 “no-shows” on your file, we’ll require you to pre-pay for your services! We ask to please respect our time as we will do the same.
All services of longer than 1 hour will require a deposit of 50% of the service fee.
Arrival
Please arrive on time, preferably 5min before your scheduled time. For certain services we require you to fill out a consent form (brow lamination, lash lift)! For new clients we ask to fill out a new client intake form.
If you are running late, we might have to reschedule your appointment or shorten your appointment,
Depending on how much time is left in your appointment. Please give us a call asap if you find yourself running late.
Appointment times
We reserve a certain amount of time for a specific service, if you require extra time, we are happy to schedule that in at an extra charge!
Treatment room etiquette
For privacy and safety reasons we only allow one client at a time in the service room. Photos and/or videos are not permitted unless written consent is given by both parties (for promotional and mark purposes)!
Clients as well as staff are required too always be professional. Inappropriate comments or behavior towards staff is not tolerated and may result in service refusal.
Zero tolerance
Aggressive and abusive behavior will not be tolerated towards any of our staff (including reception and management!) We are here to help you. If you think you will be unable to behave in a calm, respectful manner, we will kindly ask you to leave!
Communicable disease prevention (including COVID-19)/ Safety and Sanitation
Masks are optional (might change seasonal and regional)! If you prefer to wear a mask, please do so!
Estheticians will wear a mask upon request!
Frequent hand- washing and use of hand sanitizer is recommended. We have placed hand sanitizer throughout the salons (including treatment rooms) for your convenience, and we ask that you sanitize or wash your hands upon arrival.
All surfaces in the common areas are frequently disinfected and cleaned, including bathroom, seating areas and all touchable surfaces at the reception.
All metal tools are sterilized and stored away safely; all surfaces are disinfected in between clients!
Treatment tables are lined with disposable waxing paper and is changed after each client!
We wear disposable gloves for all services. All disposables are thrown out after each client, wax applicators are tossed after each use (no double dipping)!
We do use medical grade disinfectant for tools and surfaces! See product sheets for PREempt RTU and PREempt CS20
