Lucia Serpa (owner) was born in Portugal and came to Canada as a teen. She has a warm and inviting personality which you will feel when you meet her. She is known for her storytelling and advice, but most importantly she's a great listener and loves to hear her client’s stories.

Lucia has been practicing esthetics for over 15 years. Her previous 14 years experience as a nurse, makes Lucia very comfortable with her customers and vice versa.

Many also know Lucia as “The Brazilian Queen”. She did not come up with this name herself, it was giving to her by peers that teach in many of Vancouver’s esthetics schools. Lucia’s reputation of being friendly, fast, and less painful has spread throughout the lower mainland.
